"Came here for the first time this afternoon (moved here last year from California) and can't believe how welcoming everyone was. Truly, this was the best vet experience I've ever had. By far. From the front desk to the technicians to the doctors, so many incredible women, my kitty was so well taken care of and I was treated with the utmost respect along with warm kindness throughout the entire experience. When I called in yesterday about my cat's eye infection, they were able to give me an emergency appointment the following day (today) but even advised me to try and get in right away yesterday somewhere else if I could. The fact that they genuinely care so much about the animals, they were letting me know how serious an eye infection can be and chose my cat's well-being over them getting my business, says it all. I wasn't able to get in anywhere else yesterday right away, so kept my appointment here today, and am so grateful it worked out this way so I was able to discover this place. Amazing experience all around."
